Terms of Service

Welcome to astrogpt.me! By using our service, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our service.

1. Definitions

Service: The platform, tools, and offerings provided by astrogpt.me, which analyze user-submitted questions and generate comprehensive responses based on techniques of horary astrology and AI for Entertainment purposes only.

User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Subscription: AstroGPT Pro, paid access to additional features of the Service, such as a higher daily question limit, purchased through Google Play or the App Store.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases are made through Apple or Google, whose family and parental controls apply.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Access to the Service

3.1. No Accounts

The Service does not require an account or registration. The app identifies your device with a device identifier, as described in our Privacy Policy. Free use is subject to question limits, which may change.

3.2. Suspension of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service from a device for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to our Service or other users.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. Billing

Subscriptions are purchased in the app through Google Play or the App Store, which processes the payment; you agree to that store’s terms, which govern billing, renewal and cancellation. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel them in the store you bought them from.

4.2. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the store you bought the subscription from, and you request them from that store: through Google Play, or from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also contact us at support@astrogpt.me: refund requests for Google Play purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis. App Store purchases can only be refunded by Apple.

5. Use of the Service

5.1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and solely for Entertainment purposes.

5.2. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute our content without authorization.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the functionality of the Service.

5.3. App Store

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership

All content, including text, graphics, and tools, is owned by astrogpt.me or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6.2. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data to deliver the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Service. Analyses provided are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional advice or guidance. The Service is intended solely for Entertainment purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, astrogpt.me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless astrogpt.me from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. Cancel your subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions or, on iPhone, in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. After cancellation, no further payments will be taken, and you keep access to the Subscription until the end of the period already paid for. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
